Pickle tasting

The pickled cabbage is perfect. Now I can continue to try to replicate the most delicious falafel in Paris (and the best one I’ve ever had).

The garlic jalapeño pickles (center) are good as well. Not too hot and really crunchy.

The infamous fermented pickles of five gallon bucket fame are not good. Compost bin here you go. We will try this again soon.
